We’re fortunate that Okta is leading the charge on this mission, because it allows Serval to integrate seamlessly with Okta and help customers build AI-native automations on top of Okta’s powerful tooling.

  • Track and optimize access by monitoring requests and tickets in the Serval helpdesk, with analytics showing which have (and haven’t) been automated through AI workflows.

  • Trigger pre-built Okta workflows directly from your custom workflows, so your team can build on the work you’ve already done instead of duplicating effort.
