Introducing GitHub Automations

Serval now integrates with GitHub, opening up a whole new universe of help desk automations - including opening PRs for you.

Just one example: we see a lot of access or change requests made in the help desk that should be Terraform updates. Now that’s fully automated by Serval.

If someone wants to be added to “prod admins,” they just make the request in Slack and Serval opens the PR automatically.
