Terms and Conditions
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of delivery with an explanation of the problem. We will gladly fix the problem, refund your purchase price, or exchange the product for anything offered on our site. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We want your return business, so we work hard to provide an enjoyable purchase experience for you.
Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process returns and exchanges once they arrive at our office.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to customerservice@serval.com within 30 days of delivery, to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item, with a note explaining this.

Your order will be shipped within three business days of receipt of the order. If the item is on back-order, or no longer available, you will be notified, by email, within three business days of receipt of the order.
